At Obsidian Descension, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our vault, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
